Shipping policy

DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and VIC, including eligible regional and rural addresses within these states and territory. We currently do not deliver to WA, NT or Tasmania.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders below A$250: delivery charges are calculated by Australia Post. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available options and exact charges.
Orders of A$250 or more: free Standard Delivery is available to eligible addresses in ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and VIC. The order subtotal after discounts determines eligibility.

DISPATCH AND TRACKING
We aim to dispatch paid orders within 24 hours of acceptance on business days. Dispatch and delivery take place Monday to Friday. Delivery times depend on your destination and the carrier; dispatch timing is not a delivery guarantee. Tracking details are provided when your order is shipped.

BROOKVALE PICKUP
Pickup is available from San Telmo Cellars, U1 / 98 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100. Select Pickup at checkout when available and wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.
